Mooi Troues are always excited to see fresh and unique weddings that our readers can find inspiration from.  If you would love to see your wedding or a clients wedding published on Mooi Troues, please submit it for possible publication below.  Please read through the advice, before you submit your content.  It will better your chances of getting a wedding published on Mooi Troues.

EXCLUSIVITY PREFERENCE:

Service Providers that were part of this wedding are more than welcome to share the wedding on their business- and personal social media platforms, as well as their blogs and websites.

Important: At Mooi Troues we put a lot of effort and time into our articles. Should this wedding be approved for publication, we kindly ask that you please do not publish this wedding on any other wedding blog or magazine, before it hasn’t been published on Mooi Troues. If this wedding was featured somewhere else before, please indicate so in the submission form. The reason for this is so that we don’t look like a clone of other wedding blogs or magazines, but rather share unique content with our loyal readers.

This is a big plus point for us. You don’t have to consider yourself more important than any other service provider in the wedding industry. Don’t be rude to our publications team. We see everyone as equal and treat everyone the same. We like to work with service providers who are passionate, friendly and easy to work with.

  • The bride’s dress.
  • The couple shoot (here we look at angles and poses used by the photographer)
  • The decor of the venue (Will our readers get inspiration from it?)
  • The Wedding Cake (is it different than the rest)

FEEDBACK:

If you haven’t heard from us within 2 weeks, your submission was unsuccessful.  If your submission was approved, you will receive an e-mail with questions (for the couple) and image specifications (for the photographer).

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:

We only publish photographs taken by a professional photographer which you have the permission from to publish their work.  Send us a link to the photographs you would like to submit – Include Photographs of the Decor, Couple Photoshoot, Dress, Wedding Cake, Ceremony and Venue.

    For the Mooi Troues team to be able to approve a wedding for possible publication, our editorial team will first have to view the photographs of the wedding. The link to the images should please include décor as well as the couple photoshoot. Examples: Photographer’s website, Dropbox link, Google Drive link or even a Pixieset. If you do not provide us with a link, the system will automatically decline the submission.

    • This is only a publication request. Completing the request does not mean it has been approved for publication.

    • Response Period: If Mooi Troues approves the submission for publication, you will be notified by email within 2 weeks with all the photo specifications and questions to answer. If you do not hear from Mooi Troues within 2 weeks, your publication request was unsuccessful.

    • If the submission is approved for publication, we kindly ask that you do not publish the content on any other wedding blog or magazine until the day it is published on Mooi Troues. If you do publish it, we reserve the right to cancel the publication.
